Detox Monday: breakfast of fresh fruit and green tea.

Lunch of brown rice, leftover red bean stew and fresh lettuce.
Then, Katie made an orange almond cake. For the Buddhist meditation centre, of course.
A beautiful and restful place: Moulin de Chaves in Cubjac.
Post- yoga and relaxation session in le Moulin's meditation hall.
Evening walk. Tomorrow we eat butter.

Meditation centre?!? Okay, I was jealous before but now I'm really jealous.
Also, that last picture is stunning!

wow.
I prefer to read that sign as my first viewing informed me, so MQulin it is. M. Qulin seems like a swell guy. How was his yoga class? Did he like your cake? How is his downward dog in comparison to other downward dogs you have experienced? If you were to rate cet homme on a one to ten scale, ten being zen and one being not so zen, where would he rate?
Make haste with your answers, if you please.
Alison, I applaud your comment.
With one hand, of course.
And I believe that's called the one to zen scale.
And the downward dogs here are much the same as everywhere, except in Australia, where (I'm told) they're called upward dogs.
Those were Eric's bad jokes, btw...of course...
Speaking about butter,, these photos are making me melt!
