What did you think of the oysters? I've had them once and am still not sure how much I like them. I'd have to give them another go-around.

The oysters... I've eaten 5 in all, 3 the first night, and 2 last night, and I have to say I enjoyed each one better than the last. That said, I'm still not entirely used to the feeling of its raw slipperiness sliding down the throat! I can certainly appreciate their value as a delicacy, though -- esp. these which were freshly shipped from Brittany. But you know, as our fellow wwoofer told me, when in Rome, do as the French do...
